There is a very simple procedure to join these lists.

Select the mail list you wish to join

Click on the join link.

Send the email that comes up.Please do not type anything in the subject or body; just send the email. It is handled automatically.

To leave the mail list, just click the leave link and send the email as-is. I suggest you LEAVE anytime you are going to change your email. Once you have your new email address you may rejoin. This will save a lot of work for your District VP.
