The overall schedule for this year's NATS is as follows (soft copy here):
Tuesday July 16:
- All Day - Open flying @ ALL Sites
- 8am - 3:30pm - Check-in and aircraft processing @ Fire Station
- District Photos: D1 - 8:00am, D2 - 8:30am, D3 - 9:00am, D4 - 9:30am, D5 - 10:00am, D6 - 10:30am, D7 - 11:00am, D8 - 11:30am, Canada - 12:00pm
- 4pm - Pilots meeting @ RAMEY Activity Center
- 5pm (or earlier - follows Pilots meeting) - NSRCA General Membership meeting @ RAMEY Activity Center
Wednesday July 17:
- Site 1:
- 8am - Advanced Rounds 1 & 2
- 1pm - Sportsman and Intermediate Rounds 1 & 2
- Site 2:
- 8am - FAI Group A Round 1 followed by FAI Group A Round 2
- 1pm - Masters Group A Round 1 followed by Masters Group A Round 2
- Site 3:
- 8am - FAI Group B Round 2 followed by FAI Group B Round 1
- 1pm - Masters Group B Round 2 followed by Masters Group A Round 2
- 5pm - Hospitality tent - Snacks and Soft Drinks, Swap Shop
Thursday July 18:
- Site 1:
- 8am - Advanced Rounds 3 and 4
- 1pm - Sportsman and Intermediate Rounds 3 & 4
- Site 2:
- 8am - FAI Group B Round 3 followed by FAI Group B Round 4
- 1pm - Masters Group B Round 3 followed by Masters Group B Round 4
- Site 3:
- 8am - FAI Group A Round 4 followed by FAI Group A Round 3
- 1pm - Masters Group A Round 4 followed by Masters Group A Round 3
- 5pm - Hospitality tent - Snacks and Soft Drinks/Beer, Seminar on foam cutting by Mark Hunt, Insight RC
Friday July 19:
- Site 1:
- 8am - Advanced Rounds 5 & 6
- 1pm - Sportsman and Intermediate Rounds 5 & 6
- Site 2:
- 8am - FAI Group A Round 5 followed by FAI Group A Round 6
- 1pm - Masters Group A Round 5 followed by Masters Group A Round 6
- Site 3:
- 8am - FAI Group B Round 6 followed by FAI Group B Round 5
- 1pm - Masters Group B Round 6 followed by Masters Group B Round 5
- 6pm - Mandatory Pilots Meeting at the RAMEY Activity Center - ALL PILOTS MUST ATTEND
- Announcement of finalists, finals judging assignments and selection of unknowns. Buffet meal with soft drinks, lemonade and tea will be available
Saturday July 20:
- Site 1:
- 8am - Masters Finals Rounds 1 & 2
- 1pm - FAI Finals Rounds 1 & 2 Unknowns
- Site 2:
- NO FLYING
- Site 3:
- 8am - Sportsman and Intermediate Rounds 7 & 8
- 1pm - Advanced Rounds 7 and 8
- 7pm - Awards Banquet @ the Holiday Inn Express Banquet Room
This schedule will have each person judging once plus volunteers for the Masters and FAI Finals. Keep in mind that these schedules could change due to drop-outs. The final flight schedules will be known after the Pilots Meetings on Tuesday, July 16.
